Dozens and dozens of students have tended the Arntzen Gardens over the years, but this year was different. We planted early, spring vegetables….and enjoyed a beautiful salad at the end of the quarter!
We also visited gorgeous farms, as here, Inspiration biodynamic/permaculture on E. Laurel Rd.
